This Experience is a unique opportunity to get behind the wheel and experience a drive of a HGV Lorry. In this experience you will be guided by a fully qualified HGV instructor as you attempt to manoeuvre the truck around a specialist course. The HGV's are fully automatic, so no worrying about changing gears.

This experience provides 15-20 minutes behind the wheel of the lorry. In the experience, you will be given an in depth briefing in the cab by your instructor as he helps you get to grips with the oversized wheel and the 12 speed gearbox. You will then be given expert tuition as you attempt to coax the truck around various slaloms, as each course at the various venues on offer boasts lots of tight and technical sections, allowing you to massively improve your spatial awareness. You will also be able to have a couple of attempts at reverse manoeuvres in a bid to try and perfect your parking. Once you have completed your driving, you will then be driven around the track in a performance saloon by a qualified race instructor

Need to Know

After booking, you will receive an email with a unique booking code. You will be provided with a direct email to our booking team, where you can request your chosen track and we will then check availability and times.  There is a £30 upgrade fee to book a weekend date at all venues for this experience.

  • Minimum age is 17
  • Minimum height is 4′ 10″
  • Maximum height is 6′ 6″
  • Maximum weight is 18 stone
  • Please do not book this experience if the driver is only able to travel to one of the venue choices, they must be as flexible as the voucher is regarding venue choice and availability
  • Venue-specific vouchers are not available to buy
  • Pre-purchased high-speed passenger rides take place in a performance car

Ordering Information

Once you book, you’ll receive an email with a unique booking code. We’ll verify and email you a voucher, along with instructions to book. The vouchers have an expiry term of 12 months and MUST be used BEFORE this expiry date.

Requesting a date is easy; just follow the link to our booking page and medical declaration form to select your experience and dates. Due to the unique nature of what we do, many of our experiences have limited dates and all venues are subject to availability at the time of booking.  Please book as soon as possible to ensure there are spaces available. By booking a date, you agree to the terms and conditions set by the operator running that experience.
