With AbleNet Disability and Blind Experiences, you can choose to either pay for your adrenaline experience yourself, with costs ranging from £115 to £545 depending on the fun you choose. Or, you can take on the challenge for a charity instead. This means your adrenaline adventure won’t cost you a penny as long as you raise a minimum set amount for that cause. That’s right — by fundraising for a charity of your choice, you get to enjoy the thrill completely free!
How does the fundraising work?
Our charity sponsorship scheme is designed to make adrenaline‑fuelled fun accessible to as many people as possible. Instead of paying upfront, you can secure your place first — giving you time to raise the funds in a way that works for you. Many participants choose to set up an online fundraising target via our charity teams pages, while others prefer collecting donations in person.
Most partner charities ask for a small booking deposit when you reserve your spot, simply to confirm your commitment. After that, you’re free to fundraise at your own pace, with support available if you need help making your page accessible or sharing your story. It is important to note, your full payment will need to be made at least one week before, depending on activity.
If you’d rather collect donations after completing your challenge, that’s absolutely fine too. You can pay on the day and then reimburse yourself once your supporters have donated.

Is there a deposit?
Depending on the experience and the way you will be raising money, a small deposit may be required to secure your booking. This shows your commitment to fundraising and you can reimburse yourself back for the deposit through your offline fundraising.

Will I need to cover any costs myself?
In most cases, no. If you reach the minimum fundraising target set by your chosen charity, your adrenaline‑fuelled challenge won’t cost you anything. The charity uses a portion of the funds you raise to cover the cost of your experience, and the remaining amount goes directly towards supporting their vital work. Once you’ve hit the minimum sponsorship level, you can also reimburse yourself for your booking deposit using any offline donations you’ve collected.
Just so you’re aware, the minimum fundraising target doesn’t include any optional extras that may be available and purchased. These could include things waivers, upgraded equipment, or purchasing photos or videos as a keepsake of your experience. These can be discussed when you contact us.
