3.3 If you are acting on behalf of another eligible person (for example as a parent, guardian, attorney or carer), you confirm that you have authority to do so.
3.4 If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Services.
4. OUR SERVICES
AbleXtra provides a subscription-based discount programme designed to assist eligible disabled people, visually impaired people, individuals living with qualifying long-term health conditions and their family and carers by providing access to discounts, promotions and offers negotiated with Selling Partners.
AbleXtra is not a retailer and does not sell the majority of the goods or services displayed on the platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- all purchases are made directly with the relevant Selling Partner;
- the Selling Partner is responsible for pricing, product descriptions, availability, delivery, warranties and after-sales service;
- any contract for goods or services is formed between you and the Selling Partner, not AbleXtra.
We may also receive commission or referral fees from certain Selling Partners. This does not increase the price you pay unless the Selling Partner expressly states otherwise.
5. ELIGIBILITY
Membership is available only to individuals who satisfy our eligibility requirements.
To apply for Membership you must:
- be at least 16 years old;
- normally reside within the United Kingdom unless we expressly agree otherwise;
- provide accurate and truthful information;
- satisfy our disability or eligibility verification requirements;
- maintain accurate contact information.
If you are under 18, you should obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before purchasing a Membership.
We reserve the right to refuse or decline any application where we reasonably believe the eligibility requirements have not been met or where accepting the application would expose AbleXtra or its Members to fraud, misuse or legal risk.
6. ELIGIBILITY VERIFICATION
To protect the integrity of the scheme and ensure Member-only benefits remain available to eligible users, we may require evidence supporting your eligibility.
Verification may include:
- disability benefit documentation;
- Blue Badge evidence;
- evidence of registration as sight impaired;
- confirmation from a healthcare professional;
- other evidence we reasonably request.
Submission of evidence does not guarantee acceptance.
We may periodically request updated evidence where reasonably necessary.
Providing false, misleading or altered documentation may result in immediate suspension or termination of Membership and may be reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
7. MEMBERSHIP
Membership begins once:
- your application has been approved;
- payment has been successfully processed; and
- any required verification has been completed.
Membership is personal to you.
It cannot be sold, transferred, assigned or shared.
Each eligible individual may normally hold only one Membership.
We may merge duplicate accounts or close duplicate Memberships where appropriate.
Membership provides access only to those benefits available during your subscription period.
We do not guarantee that any particular offer will remain available for any minimum period.
8. YOUR ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account.
You must:
- keep your login credentials secure;
- keep your email address up to date;
- notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access;
- ensure information supplied remains accurate.
You must not:
- share your account;
- permit another person to use your Membership;
- create multiple accounts to obtain additional offers;
- attempt to bypass our verification procedures.
We may suspend access while investigating suspected security concerns.
9. MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership Fees are displayed before purchase.
Unless stated otherwise:
- all prices are shown in pounds sterling (£);
- VAT will be included where applicable;
- payment must be made in advance.
We reserve the right to change Membership Fees for future subscription periods.
Any price increase will not affect an existing paid Membership period.
Where your subscription renews automatically, we will provide any notice required by applicable law before a revised price takes effect.
10. PAYMENT
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
We do not store your full payment card details.
You authorise us to collect all Membership Fees and any applicable taxes using your selected payment method.
If payment fails we may:
- retry the payment;
- suspend your Membership;
- restrict access until payment has been received;
- cancel your subscription if payment remains outstanding.
You remain responsible for any unpaid Membership Fees properly due under these Terms.
11. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Unless you choose otherwise, Membership may renew automatically at the end of each subscription period.
By purchasing a renewing Membership you authorise AbleXtra to collect the applicable renewal fee using your chosen payment method.
You may disable automatic renewal at any time through your online account before the renewal date.
Cancelling automatic renewal does not cancel your current Membership.
Your Membership will continue until the end of the paid subscription period.
12. CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS
If you purchase your Membership online, by telephone or by any other distance-selling method, you may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Unless an exception applies, you may cancel your Membership within 14 days of entering into the contract.
Where you ask us to provide immediate access to digital Member benefits before the end of the cancellation period, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract.
If you access Member-only digital content, discount codes or exclusive offers during the cancellation period, your right to a full refund may be reduced or lost to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Welcome Offers:

Where an error occurs, AbleXtra reserves the right to correct the information without liability.

- compliance with applicable consumer law relating to the goods or services supplied.
13.6 Disputes
Any dispute regarding a purchase should first be raised with the Selling Partner.
Where appropriate, AbleXtra may assist by contacting the Selling Partner, but we are under no obligation to resolve disputes arising from contracts to which we are not a party.
- AFFILIATE LINKS AND COMMISSIONS
Some links on the Services are affiliate links.
If you purchase through those links, AbleXtra may receive commission from the Selling Partner.
Receiving commission does not normally increase the price you pay.

Our collection, use, storage and sharing of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of your use of the Services.
Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sending marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

We may terminate your Membership where:
- a serious breach of these Terms has occurred;
- repeated breaches have occurred;
- fraudulent activity has been confirmed;

- access to Member-only content may be removed;
- outstanding payment obligations remain payable;

You may not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
AbleNet Limited may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a business sale, corporate restructuring, merger or similar transaction, provided that doing so does not reduce your statutory rights.
- WAIVER
If either party delays or fails to enforce any right under these Terms, that shall not prevent that party from enforcing the right later.
Any waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific circumstances for which it is given.
- SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed.
